Component navigation output is escaped, and informational sections use paragraph markup. PHPUnit tests render published components through the full filter chain and verify maintainer output and shortcode handling. ChangesComponent rendering

Ran this locally against trunk with a few extra cases: a shortcode in a subcomponent title stays inert, the page body's own shortcodes still expand, and putting the callback back at 5 reproduces the caption markup, so the tests pin the actual behaviour. LGTM.

Renders the component page's generated block after WordPress runs the content shortcode pass, so the generated markup isn't processed a second time, and escapes the values interpolated into it (maintainer name, component/subcomponent titles). The block's plain-text boilerplate is wrapped in explicit paragraphs since it no longer passes through
wpautop.Adds tests for the component block rendering.
