[Website] Autocomplete connected repositories in GitHub import - #4418
The GitHub import URL field now suggests repositories available to the connected GitHub account. Choosing a suggestion fills in the repository URL, while the field continues to accept pasted repository, branch, folder, and pull request URLs. Suggestions use the browser’s native autocomplete dropdown to keep the existing input styling.
Repositories load in pages of 100, sorted by recent updates. Suggestions clear when the account changes or disconnects, and pending responses from the previous account are ignored. A failed repository listing leaves manual URL entry available.
Validation passed:
npm exec -- nx test playground-website --testFile=src/github/github-import-form/form.spec.tsx (3 tests)
npm exec -- nx run playground-website:lint --files=packages/playground/website/src/github/github-import-form/form.tsx,packages/playground/website/src/github/github-import-form/form.spec.tsx
npm exec -- nx run playground-website:typecheck

📝 Walkthrough
Walkthrough
GitHubImportForm now loads authenticated repositories in pages of up to 100, sorted by update time, and displays their URLs as suggestions. It skips loading without an OAuth token and does not apply results after the effect is cancelled.

Summary
Load and render repository suggestions packages/playground/website/src/github/github-import-form/form.tsx, packages/playground/website/src/github/github-import-form/form.spec.tsx
The form paginates through authenticated repositories when a token is present and displays their URLs with full names as labels. Tests check pagination settings, behavior without a token, and a response that arrives after disconnect.
