📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe changes add tool annotation hints and stricter generated object schemas. WebMCP execution callbacks now accept an optional client and check its optional abort signal before proceeding. ChangesWebMCP tool support

🔒 Security & Privacy | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Do not mark every playground_request call as non-consequential.
The tool accepts authenticated REST requests with caller-selected methods, including DELETE. A request can therefore make an irreversible site change. The fixed consequentialHint: false tells supporting agents that even such calls are non-consequential. Set a conservative hint, or separate read requests from mutation requests so the hint matches each tool’s behavior. Chrome’s WebMCP guidance identifies this hint as a signal for confirmation of significant actions. (developer.chrome.com)

Propagate the execution signal through pending operations. Each changed path checks for an abort only before it starts asynchronous work. An abort during that work does not reach the operation through the shown calls. Chrome’s WebMCP guidance requires tools with long-running work to honor in-flight cancellation. (github.com)
