Motivation for the change, related issues
English docs/main/contributing/code.md now uses Playground CLI for local Multisite (#3767) and documents the Linux ENOSPC file watcher limit (#3039).
The Tagalog page still told contributors to run npx @wp-now/wp-now start --port=80, omitted the Linux troubleshooting callout, and had no title or description in the frontmatter. /tl/ readers would follow a CLI that is no longer the documented local workflow.
