Motivation for the change, related issues

English docs/main/contributing/contributor-day.md now starts with who can contribute and how to contribute to Playground (#2597), uses @wp-playground/cli instead of wp-now (#2337), and links #playground (#2345).

The Tagalog page still opened on the VS Code extension and wp-now, including npx @wp-now/wp-now start, a /developers/local-development/wp-now link, an expired wp-now video embed, and #meta-playground. /tl/ readers would follow setup steps that no longer match the docs or the tools used at Contributor Day.

Implementation details

  1. Rewrote packages/docs/site/i18n/tl/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/main/contributing/contributor-day.md to follow the current English structure.
  2. Added a Tagalog title and description in the frontmatter.
  3. Added Sino ang Maaaring Mag-ambag?, Paano Mag-ambag sa Proyektong Playground, follow-up after the event, and the one-month stale PR note.
  4. Replaced wp-now with @wp-playground/cli, including Node.js 20.18+ and npx @wp-playground/cli@latest server --auto-mount.
  5. Updated Gutenberg create/test flows and the wp-env callout to use the CLI.
  6. Removed the wp-now video embed.
  7. Changed Slack from #meta-playground to #playground.
  8. Kept the original English above each block in HTML comments, per the translation guide.
