Adds a French (fr) localized version of the “Build your first blueprint” tutorial to the Docusaurus docs.
Changes:
- Introduces a new French tutorial markdown file for the Blueprints onboarding flow
- Includes translated prose, callouts/admonitions, and embedded Blueprint/JSON/PHP examples
- Adds “Run Blueprint” Playground links and image references in the localized doc
