Network Admin searches site domains and paths, but site titles live in per-site options. As a result, searching for an initial or renamed site title returns no matches.
This change mirrors saved titles into site metadata and enables title searching in the Network Admin sites list.
WP_Site_Querygains an opt-inblognamesearch column.Title metadata stays synchronized during creation, title changes, deletion, and uninitialization. HTML character references are decoded so searches match displayed titles. Existing titles are populated through site upgrades and Upgrade Network.
