Groups: reflect speaker and volunteer roles on WordPress.org profiles

Adding someone as a speaker on an event could post profile activity the way WordCamps already do ("Confirmed as a speaker for WordCamp Europe 2026"), giving contributors durable credit for meetup participation. The same idea applies to volunteers.

Needs a decision on scope and on which side the integration lives before any implementation.

Props @jdab, reported in the call for testing (comment).
