Fix several typo and grammar issues in the Test Handbook documentation.

  • Fix "any the following" to "any of the following".
  • Fix "a emeritus badge" to "an emeritus badge".
  • Fix "this bring" to "this brings" in the chat moderator guide.

This PR fixes minor grammar and typo issues in the Test Handbook documentation.

Updated the following files:

  • team-reps/test-chat-moderator-guide.md — Line 180
  • test-team-profile-badges.md — Line 7

These changes improve the grammar and clarity of the existing documentation without changing its meaning.

Don't really need to remove this new line. It's fine for raw legibility.
