Topic to discuss in the next 5th February Meeting.

One of the things we have been discussing is to moving the "Week in Test" newsletter to a "Month in Test" version, just once per month, the first monday of every month

Next one should be published after the meeting we discuss this, being the 7th February.

The idea is to only add news relative to testing, calls for testing, and maybe interesting content related to testing, no necessarily related to the WordPress community itself. I believe that we could be creating every month a "[Month] in Test" Issue, and there anyone could add whatever they think it would be useful to be added

Also all the topics opened during the previous month, must be summarized in a paragraph

And any other ideas that could come up in the next meeting

Obviously, this could be documented in a Test Handbook section after we get to some conclusions
