The aim of this issue is to translate to Spanish the Sustainable events handbook and include it in the Spanish Handbook.

The original sections of the Sustainable events handbook have already been translated in this document during [WordCamp Pontevedra 2024](WordCamp Pontevedra).

The next step is to review the text and improve it if needed.

After that, I (@CeliGaroe) will take care of introducing the content in a spanish-handbook fork and subimitting and issue + pull request so they can review and accept its introduction.
