Unable to Submit or Update Pattern – Permission Error for _wporg_unlist_reason_detail Custom Field #794

Hi WordPress.org Team,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to submit a pattern to the WordPress Pattern Directory.

I have created a new pattern using native Gutenberg blocks. The pattern displays correctly in the editor, but when I try to save or submit it, the following error appears:

Error Message:

Updating failed. Sorry, you are not allowed to edit the _wporg_unlist_reason_detail custom field.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the WordPress Pattern Directory editor.

Create or edit a pattern using Gutenberg blocks.

Add the pattern title, description, categories, and keywords.

Click Save draft or Submit.

The permission error appears, preventing the pattern from being saved or submitted.

Expected Behavior

The pattern should be saved or submitted successfully without requiring permission to edit an internal custom field.

Actual Behavior

The editor displays a permission error related to _wporg_unlist_reason_detail, preventing the submission.
