The pattern column is not working properly. When I went to submit a new pattern on this URL (https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/), I noticed that the column is not working correctly — it displays in a row-wise manner.
To check the issue, I created a pattern locally using the column block, and then I pasted the same pattern into the editor at https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/. However, the views look different in both cases. I am attaching a screenshot of my local setup and one from the WordPress.org pattern submission page for reference.

I can confirm that this issue is still there:
How it should look under normal WP env:
CC: @dd32 @ryelle
P.S.: I have changed profile photo of Shakespeare as the one which I tried on my local env was not available in Wordpress.org directory.

A similar issue was reported in the Gutenberg repository: WordPress/gutenberg#72471
Looking at the source code via my browser console, it looks like the front-end styles for all blocks are not being enqueued to the iframe editor.
For example,
This style is loaded, but
This style is not loaded.
