Unable to select New Pattern Name field #714

Describe the bug
As reported in https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7838 by @rithikamarar3 the Pattern Title is not easily selectable to edit.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/
- Enter pattern content, ignoring the title
- Attempt to add the title. No visual way to select it.
- Frustration.
Expected behavior
The click target for the header should be larger, or

So, this is my new ticket, right? I understand your point—the click target for the header should be larger so it's easier to identify.
