Keep Reading, the sidebar's Recent posts, and Archive Lead have "sticky":"", so every sticky post gets added on top of perPage. With 4 sticky posts Keep Reading shows 5 posts instead of 3. Setting sticky to ignore shows the latest posts, which probably aligns with the original intent.

On a single post with 4 sticky posts, 5 queries no longer run: the separate fetch for the sticky posts, and loading their posts, meta, and terms.

page-blog-home is left alone, it's paginated and sticky posts at the top of a blog home are expected.

Testing Instructions

  1. Make a few older posts sticky.
  2. View a single post - Keep Reading lists the sticky posts first, and more than 3 posts.
  3. With this PR it lists the 3 latest posts.
