Replaces the fixed
oslist increate-block.yml'schecksjob with one chosen by repository. Runs onWordPress/gutenberg, including pull requests opened from forks, keep themacos-15,ubuntu-24.04andwindows-2025legs, while runs inside a fork only useubuntu-24.04.Why?
macOS and Windows runner minutes cost more than Ubuntu ones. Contributors running these workflows inside their own forks only need the Ubuntu leg, but every change proposed to
WordPress/gutenbergshould still be checked on every operating system before it lands.The workflow never had pull request excludes on this branch, so every run, including runs inside forks, used all three operating systems.
