This branch's workflows have nowindows-latestormacos-latestoccurrences. Workflows and jobs removed earlier in this stack (#84952, #84957) are not touched.Why?
GitHub has been emitting deprecation warnings for the floating
-latestrunner image aliases. Upstream trunk made this same change in PR #71201 (commit82768d0e018b44007e3e3a25636c13375b33e7e7), "Avoid using*-latestfor runner images", merged 2025-08-29. This PR ports the same substitution towp/5.6.Use of AI Tools
