Part of #82936.

What?

Sets BROWSERSLIST_IGNORE_OLD_DATA=true in test/unit/jest.config.js, before Jest boots.

Why?

Several packages log "Browserslist: caniuse-lite is outdated" during the unit tests. @wordpress/jest-console turns that warning into a test failure. Two tests in the JavaScript job fail this way:

  • packages/babel-preset-default/test/index.js › transpilation works properly
  • packages/browserslist-config/test/index.test.js › should not contain invalid queries

This branch pins browserslist@4.15.0 and gets no dependency updates, so the warning only depends on how much time has passed, and it will keep coming back. This mirrors wp/7.0's fix for the same problem, a468930.
