Part of #82936.

What?

Removes obsolete and trunk-only GitHub Actions workflows from wp/5.7.

Workflow Purpose Reason removed
rnmobile-ios-runner.yml React Native mobile editor iOS E2E tests React Native support is no longer maintained or shipped as part of Gutenberg
rnmobile-android-runner.yml React Native mobile editor Android E2E tests React Native support is no longer maintained or shipped as part of Gutenberg
storybook-pages.yml Deploys the built Storybook to GitHub Pages push: branches: [master] only — this frozen branch never pushes to master, so the workflow can never run here
stale-issue-needs-info.yml Closes issues that have gone quiet after a "needs more info" request schedule-triggered only — GitHub always executes a scheduled workflow using the default branch's copy, never a frozen branch's own copy
upload-release-to-plugin-repo.yml Publishes a released plugin ZIP to the WordPress.org SVN repository release: types: [released]-triggered only; plugin releases are never published from wp/5.7, so this branch's copy never runs
cancel.yml Cancels a pull request's still-running earlier workflow runs, by handing every workflow ID in the repository to styfle/cancel-workflow-action Superseded by GitHub Actions' native concurrency: key with cancel-in-progress: true, which #84766 adds to every relevant workflow on this branch
performance.yml Performance tests Performance testing is only maintained on the branch for the current WordPress release
pull-request-automation.yml Assigns fixed issues and labels first-time contributors on new pull requests pull_request_target runs always use trunk's copy of the file, and every run checks out ref: master rather than this branch, so this branch's copy never does anything
build-plugin-zip.yml Builds the plugin zip, and creates a GitHub release when a v* tag is pushed Nothing uses the zip it builds: WordPress 5.7 takes Gutenberg as npm packages. The release job only runs when a v* tag is pushed, and no v* tags are pushed from wp/5.7, so it never runs here

Why?

These workflows either automate functionality this project no longer maintains (React Native), can structurally never execute from a frozen, non-default branch like wp/5.7 (anything gated on schedule, release, or push: branches: [master]), have been superseded by functionality GitHub Actions now provides natively (cancel.yml), or are only maintained for the current WordPress release (performance testing). Leaving them in place is dead weight at best, and a source of confusion or accidental interference with trunk's own deployments/automation at worst.
