What?

Adds e2e tests for what the editor shows today when an autosave fails. No behavior changes.

Why?

Some failures show only "Auto-save failed. We’ll try to save a backup in this browser. You can also save manually." with no details, so the cause can't be told apart. These tests record the current behavior before improving it.

How?

A test plugin makes the autosave request fail on the server, picked per test with a cookie. Each test asserts the whole notice content. TODO comments mark the notices to fix.

No details
- PHP fatal, lost database connection, message with a link: the message contains HTML, so it's dropped.
- Dropped connection, redirect to another site, error without a message, plugin hook throwing a string.
Details shown
- Plain text errors, permission denied, database write failed, maintenance mode, expired session.
- "The response is not a valid JSON response." for a 502 or 429 page, a login redirect, and PHP output before the JSON, even when the autosave was stored.
No notice
- Response body of 0: the autosave fails silently.
- Slow response, expired nonce (refreshed and retried).
After a failure
- Retried at every interval, with or without new edits.
- The notice stays after a later autosave succeeds.
