Thanks! Should we also add PKSA-xz3r-9gp4-4m1z here, like in 6.0? With a current Composer at PHP 5.6, symfony/yaml is still blocked by it.

Adds a
config.policy.advisories.ignore-idlist tocomposer.jsonwith five security advisories, each with a one-line reason.Why?
Composer refuses to install package versions with known advisories, so
composer installfails ("Your requirements could not be resolved…"), taking out every PHPUnit job and the PHPCS job. The fixed releases drop PHP 5.6/7.0, which this branch still tests, so the packages can't be bumped.How?
