LGTM, thanks! Same as 6.7, this fixes the jobs that were auto-failing because of the retired actions/cache v4.0.2, so Create Block, Mobile, PHPCS, JS Date tests and the JS build pass now.
Playwright and the PHP matrix now actually run, and their failures are fixed further up the stack (all pass in #85132). The remaining Node.js 20 warning for SimenB/github-actions-cpu-cores is handled in J.

actions/cacheversion used by.github/setup-node/action.ymltriggers a "Node.js 20 is deprecated" warning on every run. The other actions haven't been flagged yet, but they were all behind their latest releases, and one was referenced by a movable tag instead of a commit SHA.Updating them together, each pinned to a full commit SHA, avoids fixing them one at a time as each one is flagged.
The
# vX.Y.Zcomment after each SHA matches the tag that commit is published under. Some upstream tags have novprefix. zizmor'sref-version-mismatchaudit confirmed this.Use of AI Tools
