bullseye-security is deleted, not rewritten, so the images miss Debian security updates now on archive.debian.org. Trunk (packages/env/lib/runtime/docker/docker-config.js) has the same lines, so it may be better fixed there first and picked here.

bullseye-security is on archive.debian.org now: http://archive.debian.org/debian-security/dists/bullseye-security/Release returns 200 (dated 2026-09-12). Dropping it installs older packages, e.g. libc6 2.31-13+deb11u11 instead of deb11u14. With the change below, the images for PHP 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0 all build. 7.3 uses security.debian.org, 7.4 and 8.0 use deb.debian.org/debian-security, so both need rewriting.

… of dropping them.
Part of #82785.
What?
Cherry-picks upstream trunk commit c8a1fce (#82478) into this branch's
wp-envpackage source (packages/env/lib/init-config.js) to fixwp-envDocker build failures caused by the Debian Bullseye repositories being archived after Debian 11 reached end-of-life.A follow-up commit applies #85469:
archive.debian.orgnow servesbullseye-security, so it is rewritten to the archive host instead of dropped, keeping Debian security updates in the PHP 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0 images. Why?
Debian moves a release's package repositories to its archive server once that release reaches end-of-life.
wp-env start's Docker build fails withapt-get404s against the regular mirrors for any PHP version whose base image relies on the now-archived Bullseye release. This branch supports PHP 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0, whose images are Bullseye-based, so the fix is needed even though this branch's CI may not test all of them — a contributor could still usewp-envlocally with any officially supported version.Use of AI Tools
