What?
Replaces the one remaining floating runner label on this branch,
ubuntu-latestinnotify-slack-on-label.yml, withubuntu-24.04. The other workflows already use pinned images, because this branch already contains #71201.Why?
GitHub has been emitting deprecation warnings for the floating
-latestrunner image aliases. Upstream trunk made this same change in PR #71201 (commit82768d0e018b44007e3e3a25636c13375b33e7e7), "Avoid using*-latestfor runner images", merged 2025-08-29. This PR pins the one workflow that still used the floating alias.Use of AI Tools
