Also, show block suggestions with valid style
Add suggestion mode toggle, store state, and inline diff rendering so editors can see additions and removals directly within blocks that have associated note suggestions.
Enable editing suggestion notes directly within blocks: selected blocks show editable note content, unselected blocks show the diff. Extract shared preamble into resolveSuggestionContext, deduplicate rich-text extraction, and remove unused extractSuggestionContent.

Update the diff style
Find the first suggestion note in a thread when the primary note is a regular comment, using the sidebar's cached query to avoid extra API requests. Cache the initial suggestionEditAttributes on selection so debounced entity edits don't create new RichTextData that resets the cursor position mid-typing.
