What?

Closes #76374
Updates the footer text on the Connectors screen.

Why?

To ensure consistency and standardization with the messaging used on the Tools → Import screen.

How?

Updates the footer copy and links it to the plugin directory filtered by the connector tag.

Testing Instructions

Navigate to the Connectors screen.
Check the footer text.
Click the link and confirm it opens the Add Plugins screen filtered by the connector tag.

Thank you for starting to work on it. Let's also make sure to update the link to wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=search&type=tag&s=connector. This will promote tagging the plugin with the connector keyword for consistency.
