I was rather hoping you could tell me that 😅 Mind that this PR is tagged as an enhancement, which makes it ineligible to ship in 7.0 unless release leads should agree to mark the contentOnly patterns feature as blessed. |

Nothing to do here, but this highlights a weird devex: BlockStylesMenu destructures clientId from hoveredBlock, forcing the consumer to pass objects like this rather than accepting a clientId prop directly. I guess it originally expected a block object.

I reckon iff such an enhancement improves the UX of this pretty new feature that's already in Beta, then I'd hope it'd be "blessed" 😁 |

It'd be good to get @talldan's opinion too. Me, I'm a fan.
I tested:
- inside unsynced patterns (while editing the pattern and while in content only)
- in regular blocks to check for regressions

I like the change, I think this works better than the cycle button from the other PR. One thing that might be nice is to show a preview when hovering an option, like already happens for block transforms. I'm surprised trunk doesn't already have this feature. Not a blocker for this PR. |

I notice that this is being displayed for blocks that have overrides in synced patterns.
A problem is that it won't work for those blocks, since bindings doesn't support block style attributes.

Hmm, I can't exactly repro that. Blocks with overrides in synced patterns are erroring for me with Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading '__default') at Object.getValues (pattern-overrides.js:29:6). Looking into it now

I've not been able to reproduce it. Could you share the content of the synced pattern? Then I'll see if I can repro with the same pattern.

What seems to be happening is clientId isn't being passed to getValues here, and becomes undefined when the block is selected.

Hmm, still can't repro. Could it be related to WP version? I'm on latest trunk.
