Why are these chosen as the defaults?
You can find a list of the default fonts here:
https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/base-styles/_variables.scss#L15
These labels also needs to be translation ready, since these are only latin characters.

What?
Addition of one Inline Typography under the inline controls to have ability to change the Typography related stylings for selected text.
Why?
There are no way to change the font size, font family or other styling like letter spacing, text transform and line height of selected text in a paragraph block.
