Add a sticky offset control for blocks with Sticky position #79732
When a block is set to Sticky positioning, there is currently no way to configure its offset from the top of the viewport in the editor. The sticky position is controlled by the CSS top, left, bottom, right properties, but no corresponding control is available.
As a result, users cannot adjust the sticky offset without writing custom CSS. This can also be confusing, as users may expect spacing controls such as margin-top to create a gap between the sticky block and the top of the viewport.
What is your proposed solution?
Add a Sticky Offset control that is displayed when a block's position is set to Sticky which will help in controlling the top, right, bottom, left position.
This would make sticky positioning more flexible, reduce the need for custom CSS, and provide an editing experience that better reflects how CSS position: sticky works.
Thanks for opening this, @rohitmathur-7! A sticky offset (top/right/bottom/left) control is already tracked in #67873. That issue also covers z-index for overlapping sticky blocks, and maintainers recently discussed there how the Position panel should handle it, including the admin-bar offset. I'm closing this as a duplicate so the discussion stays in one place.
