Columns block: remove the Skip button/link when adding a new column block #78378

What problem does this address?
Right now, we have the following screen when adding a new columns block:
It's redundant to have both Skip and 50/50 as an option if the 50/50 option is clearer.
What is your proposed solution?
I propose removing the "Skip" button entirely and keeping only 50/50 alongside the other layout options.

The solution makes sense.
Looking back at the history (#18283), the "Skip" link was introduced when the Columns block was refactored to use the Patterns API. At the time, it was useful to demonstrate that a skip action would fall back to the default pattern.
