What problem does this address?

Several UX improvements and a pagination fix for the revision history screen were identified during review of #76155.

Tracking Issue: #76384

What is your proposed solution?

1. Use in-built DataViews pagination

Replace the hardcoded perPage: 100 with proper server-side pagination using DataViews' built-in paginationInfo prop and onChangeView callback.

2. Persist revision history navigation on page refresh

Refreshing the browser navigates back to the main page instead of staying on the revision screen.

3. Remove column reorder options from DataView

The "Move left"/"Move right" options aren't useful and lead to awkward layouts.

4. Fix date column alignment regression

The date header column is misaligned with column content.

5. Reduce CSS overrides on DataViews internal classes

Several internal DataViews classes (.dataviews__view-actions, .dataviews-filters__container, .dataviews-view-table, .components-button) are overridden, creating fragility. Explore alternatives.

6. (Optional) Add revision description/preview column

The revision table only shows date and author. Add a description of what changed (e.g., "Updated Site guidelines", "Added paragraph block guidelines") as the first column.
