Rename Tag Cloud block to be more relevant(e.g. Taxonomy Cloud block) #76260
Description
What problem does this address?
The current Tag Cloud block is able to display tags, categories or other taxonomies. It should be more obvious form the name it can support other taxonomies, not just tags.

What is your proposed solution?
Renaming it to something else, like Topics, Taxonomies(although it could be a bit too techincal), etc that could include the other elements.

I explored a few alternative names and tried to balance clarity with simplicity. From a user-friendly perspective, options like “Topics” or “Topic Cloud” feel the most intuitive, as they naturally convey grouped content without relying on technical terms. Slightly more descriptive options like “Labels” or “Terms & Labels” also work, while “Terms” or “Term Cloud” are more accurate in a WordPress context but a bit more technical. “Taxonomy” is the most precise, though likely too technical for most users.
Overall, I’d lean toward “Topics” (or “Topic Cloud”) & “Labels” ( or “Terms & Labels”) as it keeps things simple and understandable while still covering all supported use cases.
