DataForm datetime: communicate timezone #76194

What
The datetime DataForm control does not communicate the timezone, which may lead to confusion. This is something the corresponding editor component does:

This needs design input. One option may be to add a suffix to the existing datetime-local component that displays the timezone, like the editor inspector does.
