What problem does this address?

When a navigation block has the "hover" option set for the submenus, the chevron should work as a touch trigger to open and close the navigation submenu. It does work to open the submenu, but not to close it.

What is your proposed solution?

The chevron needs to work with touch events, so that the submenu can be opened and closed using the chevron on mobile.
