What problem does this address?

When items are selected in the Editable List View for Navigation blocks, visual clipping occurs in the selected state rendering.

Impact: Low (visual polish issue)

Current behavior

Selected state in the Editable List View shows clipping artifacts instead of rendering cleanly as it does in WP 6.9.

Expected behavior

Selected state should render as per trunk in WP 6.9 with no clipping - clean selection highlights without visual artifacts.

Testing context

• Tested on latest Gutenberg trunk
• With Pattern Editing: Make patterns contentOnly by default upon insertion experiment enabled

Proposed solution

Fix visual rendering glitch for selected state in Navigation block's Editable List View.
