Description

Following ticket #45516 from Core we need to have some degree of consistency between post titles specifically when post title is not supported by the post type

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Create a new post type without adding title to supports
  2. Ideally, use Core's PR 9597
  3. Create a new post from this new post type
  4. In the Document Bar, we will see No Title instead of the expected (no title supported)
