Description

In block bindings UI for post date, if you have any source that contains string fields, those can be selected. Causing an "invalid date" error.

I would set the UI as ReadOnly for this use case.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Register a couple of sources, or register post-meta.
2. Add a post date.
3. Check that on attributes, those sources can be selected. Select a string type that is not a date.
4. Invalid date should appear.
