The aspect ratio control isn't displayed for an image block using a wide or full width aspect ratio.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add an image block to the post content
2. Check the block settings and see that the aspect ratio control is visible
3. Set the alignment to wide or full
4. Check the block settings and see that the aspect ratio control is not visible

(you need to wrap the image in a group block to get a wrapper that set inner blocks to use content width)
