New gift icon #71669

What problem does this address?
The current @wordpress/icons package doesn’t include a gift icon, which limits options for anyone who needs one.
What is your proposed solution?
Add a gift icon to the package so it’s easy for anyone to use. I’ve attached the SVG design, which follows the WordPress icon design guidelines.
