Description

The CSS rotate proprerty used for LTR/LTR elements positionning (https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AWordPress%2Fgutenberg+rotate%3A+&type=code) is deprecated by the W3C validator and show an error :

Error: CSS: rotate: Property rotate doesn't exist.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Go to https://validator.w3.org/
  2. Paste an URL of a website made with WordPress
  3. See in the results the error "Error: CSS: rotate: Property rotate doesn't exist"
