What problem does this address?

The "Open in new tab" setting is only available within the link modal of the context menu of navigation link blocks. Within the block settings sidebar, all link options are presented (ie: url, title, rel) except for the target checkbox.

This issue is relatively minor, but it has confused some editors that I've worked with when trying to locate that option and not finding it with all the other link settings.

What is your proposed solution?

Add the "Open in new tab" (ie: target="_blank") toggle to the Navigation Link block settings. This could either be placed at the bottom of the settings or below the "Link" text box.

I apologize if this is a duplicate, but I could not locate this problem within issues.
