Description

When the "Make title a link" setting of the Title block in the Template editor is enabled, the markup is missing the anchor tag. Here are two screenshots for comparison.

"Make title a link" block setting enabled in the Template editor → the anchor tag is missing:

"Make title a link" block setting enabled in the page / post editor → the anchor tag is properly added:

Because of this difference, the theme styles related to the anchor tag don't get applied properly to the Title block in the Template editor.

This is however a minor issue and it doesn't affect the frontend.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Head over to the template editor and add the Title block to it.
  2. Enable the "Make title a link" block setting in the editor sidebar.
  3. Review the block markup in the page source. There will be no anchor tag.
