Description

• When "Edit site", and switching to "Code Editor", the background is black.
• In my custom theme, textarea are transparent, so black texts are on black background, and are unreadable
• Disable min-height in .edit-site-code-editor seems to fix the issue

1. Go "Edit site"
2. Choose any template to edit
3. Switch to "Code Editor"

• Issue is reproduced on Playground WP 6.5, 6.4, 6.3, 6.2
• There's no issue on Playground WP 6.1
