The inserter component is missing a README.md file. As per #22891
What is your proposed solution?
Pinging original creator of this component @youknowriad. and other recent committers @talldan and @glendaviesnz if you have the bandwidth could you add a README.md file for this component. Thank you.
This README is a good example to follow.

Thanks for raising this. The umbrella effort to add READMEs to every block-editor component (#22891) was closed in December 2025 because it didn't add much value. Closing this sub-issue for the same reason. Thanks @vk17-starlord for #69460 as well.
