What problem does this address?

Styles allows users to change the appearance of types of blocks throughout the site, but the description of this feature is confusing. The description reads

Customize the appearance of specific blocks for the whole site.

This word specific makes it sound like the purpose of Styles is to change the appearance of one specific block.

What is your proposed solution?

Change the wording of this description. For example

Customize the appearance of block types for the whole site.

    I am not sure about this, Do users use the term block type?

    Opened #83515 to fix this. Edit: in that fix is a new proposed text, because I agree with Carolina above.
