Initial steps:

• Look at what roadmaps exist and gather them all in Core Program handbook: https://make.wordpress.org/program/handbook/roadmaps/
• Ask each team / area that doesn’t have a roadmap if they had one and listen why do not anymore.
• Discover by asking what works across each roadmap for each team.
• Discover what exists and has done but is no longer used for release roadmaps.
• Propose a light-weight format of how, why and when for roadmaps.
• Look at what other projects do and see if can learn anything.
• Location: should roadmaps exist in a central place? https://wordpress.org/about/roadmap/ is for the project as a whole. What is the version for teams? Focuses?
