Once we've got guides for all pathways from the original "How to Contribute" lesson, I want to make the indexes nicer and easier to use. Any thoughts? I started a discussion here but I don't know how to make it visible in the project board, so here we go: #101

The sub-indexes are still very simple, but the main index looks better for now.
