Resolves #93

Description

This PR introduces the new wp-vip-platform skill, providing agents with comprehensive capabilities and context for working within WordPress VIP environments.

Key Additions

  • Core Skill Framework: Added SKILL.md outlining the core constraints, architecture, and operational best practices for WordPress VIP projects.
  • Extensive Reference Guides: Included deep-dive documentation on various VIP-specific areas:
    • Caching strategies, object cache, and edge caching.
    • Database architecture, replica lag, and queries.
    • Restricted PHP functions and VIP code review standards.
    • Security, access controls, and Multisite configurations.
    • Cron, read-only file systems, media management, and Enterprise Search.
    • Local development (VIP CLI), code deployments, backups, and migration.
    • VIP Platform defaults and plugin compatibility lists.
  • Evaluation Scenarios: Added three new scenarios to test and validate agent reasoning in VIP contexts:
    • wp-vip-multisite-domain-and-access-control.json
    • wp-vip-replica-lag-and-logging.json
    • wp-vip-restricted-function-and-cache-purge.json
  • Detection Script: Added detect_vip_project.mjs to automatically detect if a project is running in a VIP environment.

Updates to Existing Files

  • Registered the new skill in README.md and docs/skill-set-v1.md.
  • Updated the wordpress-router decision tree to properly route VIP-specific tasks to the new skill.

Motivation and Context

WordPress VIP enforces specific architectural constraints (e.g., read-only filesystem, dedicated caching layers, restricted functions). This new skill equips the agent with the necessary knowledge and guardrails to effectively assist, debug, and develop for the VIP platform without violating these strict environment requirements.
