Reusable blocks were renamed to synced patterns in WordPress 6.3. The block article outline still lists "Advanced Block Setting (reusable)", which points writers to a feature name that no longer appears in the editor.

Split the item into "Advanced block settings" and "Creating a pattern from the block (synced or not synced)".
