Hey @kedarjoyner, thanks for your interest in this issue! 🍪🍪🍪 If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask them in our #docs Slack channel. Enjoy and happy contributing ❤️
Here is a public draft ready for review. This is a new page. I tried to keep this more general for HelpHub documentation and refer out to the related 7.0 dev note post for a deep dive.
@kedarjoyner - I think providing a link to the AI plugin in the first reference would be good: "The Connectors screen displays a notice to install the AI plugin."
I've made the update mentioned by @andreawetzel up above and published this article for review. I also removed reference to WordPress 7.0 in the main body copy (other than the callout box at the end of the article), otherwise this article will become outdated quickly if references to version releases are not updated over time.
Reviewed this one, clear instructions, just small suggestion.
I would add the finisher, for user to understand what will be shown after setup and where to search for AI options (personally it was hard for me to understand “what’s next”). Something like that:
After setting up the AI plugin and connecting your API key, you will see AI-generated options in the WordPress editor, such as "Generate Feature Image" and "Generate Excerpt".

Hi @Lanamiro! This is fantastic feedback, thank you. I've added a final section titled Enable AI options that includes your screenshot and a little more explanation. Does this feel more clear?
